Data access and local processing

Unit Converter Pro converts measurements across length, area, volume, mass, temperature, speed, pressure, angle and data size. Conversions and searches run locally, work offline and do not require an account.

The app processes the values you enter, selected units, category and unit searches, preset names and display settings to provide its features. The inspected application does not transmit this information to the developer or contain functionality for collecting personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers or crash reports remotely. It does not access contacts, location, camera, microphone or your device’s documents.

Information saved on your device

The app stores favorites, presets, results you explicitly save to history, and precision and scientific-notation settings. Saved records can include the measurement category, source and destination units, input value, calculated result, preset name, precision, a locally generated record identifier and a date and time from your device. Favorites also retain the conversion details present when saved.

On Android, these records and settings are stored in the app’s private preferences. If you use the browser preview, they are stored in that browser’s local storage. These records let you reopen conversions, reuse saved setups and preserve display preferences. History entries are created when you choose Save result; the app does not automatically log every conversion.

Clipboard

When you choose Copy or Copy result, the app writes the selected result to your device’s clipboard. The operating system and other applications may handle clipboard contents according to their own permissions and behavior. The inspected app does not read existing clipboard contents.

Sharing, third-party software and backups

The inspected application does not send conversion data to developer-operated servers or include advertising, analytics or remote crash-reporting SDKs. Its declared libraries support the interface and local application operation.

Android backup is enabled in the app’s configuration. Depending on your device, operating system and backup settings, Android may include app data in system backups or device transfers. Such handling is controlled by the operating system and applicable backup provider. Saved information therefore may exist outside the app’s local storage through those system features.

Settings includes Delete all saved data, which removes saved records but retains display settings. To remove the app’s stored settings as well, use Android’s app-storage clearing controls. For the browser preview, clear its site data using your browser’s controls.

Deleting local records does not necessarily delete copies previously placed on the clipboard or included in operating-system backups. Manage those copies through the relevant device, browser or backup controls.

The inspected app provides no server account or remote conversion-record repository for the developer to delete, and the developer cannot directly remove records stored only on your device. Retention and deletion procedures for correspondence sent to this email address have not been established by the supplied information.

Children’s privacy

The app provides general-purpose measurement conversions without an account or a request for age information. A specific intended age group has not been established by the supplied information.
